Trans Women Connected (TWC) is a mobile app designed with and for trans women to support their connections to each other and their relationship goals and dreams, affirm their gender identity and positive health practices, and provide access to community resources through an interactive locator map.  The app includes over 35 engaging interactive activities to support healthy decision making, goal setting, identifying personal needs and boundaries for safety and pleasure, vision boarding, and access to mentors and a community forum.
